Last week's first Artist Lounge went wonderfully well! Over 40 artists turned up and spent the evening talking about new projects and collaborations, so we are excited to announce that there will be an Artists Lounge every two weeks, on alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays (to allow people to attend if that cannot make one particular evening).
The next Artists Lounge takes place next Wednesday (12 May), in Empty Shops HQ, at 28 Upper Dock Street. Find the Facebook event here.

Is your blog on wordpress? It would be a good way to get instant international exposure. I am local and can offer my services for photos - some of your facebook photos need colour balancing.

Our Facebook photos are all uploaded by the artists themselves, or visitors to the empty shops. We haven't the budget to hire professional photographers. If you would like to get involved in the project, then we would love to have you on board, but unfortunately it would have to be voluntary!
